Registration Form

Early Bird Enrolment, by 26th August 2022
Cost
    • Registering a team will cost $250 (Standard Enrolment), $200 (Early Bird Enrolment)

    • We also offering registration at a discount rate of $200 per team to schools registering 8+ teams or who refer a new school to the tournament.

    • This will cover the participation of 3-5 students within a team in the competition.

 
  • Preparation

All communication and registration of schools will be handled by IDC Centre.

Registration will be processed via IDC online Application form ( https://forms.gle/yPpjspFbJ6wRZ9kH6 ) and communication will occur over email with a nominated teacher or coordinator.

Registration will require schools to nominate a coordinator to handle communication and to indicate the number of students who wish to participate and provide their details.

Schools should group participants into teams of 3-4 students and provide an indication of their debating ability (beginner or intermediate).

Schools are welcome to register multiple teams. After registration has been finished, IDC Centre accounts team will invoice participating schools directly.

 

Online Platforms

The organisation of the tournament will be centralised on the online platform Tabbycat and participation will occur over Zoom.

This will allow schools and students to access the draw which will be generated by the convener with regard to the debating ability of each team.

It will also allow schools to access the correct Zoom links to participate in workshops and debates.
