Trainee adjudicators will have the opportunity to monitor debates and observe how experienced adjudicators professionally evaluate arguments, speaker points, and rebuttals.
Hands-on Practice
Trainee adjudicators will have the opportunity to co-judge a round alongside our approved adjudicators. This collaborative experience allows trainees to apply their learning in a real debate setting while receiving immediate support and guidance. Constructive feedback from the adjudicator core will be provided after the round to further enhance their skills and understanding of professional adjudication.

Observation
Monitor debates during the tournament and watch seasoned adjudicators in action
Shadowing
Work closely with experienced adjudicators to understand professional judging standards
Practice
When opportunities arise, trainees can practice adjudicating rounds under the supervision of experienced judges
Feedback
Receive constructive feedback from the adjudicator core to help improve and prepare for future adjudication opportunities
