Competition Timeline — 2026
Online registration opens for all divisions
Discounted early bird registration closes on this date
Final date to submit team registrations
The first preliminary round begins for all divisions
Teams continue with the second preliminary round
The third preliminary round takes place across all divisions
The final preliminary round determines which teams break to the elimination rounds
Whether the octo-finals and quarter-finals are held depends on the number of teams in each division. Confirmation will be provided after the preliminary rounds. If a division does not have an octo-final or quarter-final, there will be no match for that division during this stage
Semi-finals and Grand Finals are held on the same day, with the Grand Final taking place immediately after the Semi-finals

Primary Division
Years 5–6
per tam, +10% GST

Junior Division
Years 7–8
per tam, +10% GST
- Access to all preliminary rounds

Senior Division
Years 9–10
per tam, +10% GST
- Access to all preliminary rounds

Trainee Adjudicator
Years 10 and up
per person, + 10% GST
- At least 4 rounds shadow judge
- World judge provide feedback
- Digital certificate
Note: Fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed. Registrations received after 27 Sep 2026 will not be accepted. Apply 26EB code for early bird price
Note: To ensure manageable scheduling, adjudicator allocation, and a high-quality tournament experience, each division is capped at 120 teams. Registrations will be processed on a first come, first served basis. onc a division reaches capacity, additional teams may be placed on waitlist or may not be accepted.
